丁桂儿脐贴联合炎琥宁治疗小儿秋季腹泻60例

目的观察丁桂儿脐贴联合炎琥宁注射液治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效。方法采用回顾性分析方法,将120例秋季腹泻患儿随机分为两组,对照组60例仅用炎琥宁注射液静脉滴注行常规治疗,治疗组60例在常规治疗基础上贴敷丁桂儿脐贴,治疗5d后比较两组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为91.67%,明显高于对照组的83.33%（P〈0.05）;治疗组止泻时间为（2.7±0.8）d,对照组为（3.6±1.5）d,两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论丁桂儿脐贴联合炎琥宁注射液治疗小儿秋季腹泻,可显著提高临床有效率,值得推广。

Observation on Dingguier Umbilical Patch Combined with Andrographolide in Treating Infantile Autumn Diarrhea

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Dingguier Umbilical Patch combined with andrographolide in the treatment of autumn diarrhea in infants.Methods The clinical records of 120 patients with autumn diarrhea were analyzed.120 infantile patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,the therapy group（60 cases） and the control group（60 cases）.The control group was given Andrographolide for injection as routine therapy.The therapy group was given Dingguier Umbilical Patch except routine therapy.The therapeutic effects were investigated and compared after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 91.67% in the therapy group and obviously higher than 83.33% in the control group（P 0.05）.The time of ceasing diarrhea was（2.7 ± 0.8） d in the therapy group and（3.6 ± 1.5） d in the control group with significant difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion Using Dingguier Umbilical Patch combined with andrographolide in treating infantile autumn diarrhea is better effective and worthy of application to clinical practice.
