| 摘 要： | 目的对125Ⅰ粒子植入治疗非小细胞肺癌进行剂量学验证.方法37例确诊的非小细胞肺癌患者,由放射治疗计划系统(TPS)通过CT引导植入125Ⅰ粒子,并行验证.定期进行复查.结果除2例无效外,1O例患者的病灶消失,25例明显缩小;瘤体的平均吸收剂量为150.5 Gy,匹配周缘吸收剂量(DMP)为86.6 Gy,靶区90%体积的吸收剂量(D90)为92.4 Gy,D90＞DMP.结论125Ⅰ粒子植入治疗非小细胞肺癌安全可行.

| Abstract: | Objective To validate the dosimetry of ~(125)I seed implantation in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)guided by CT.Methods ~(125)I seed was implanted in 37 cases confirmed NSCLC by the treatment planning system(TPS)and guided by CT image,then the radiation dose was validated and all ca- ses were fellow up in certain duration.Results Except no response in 2 cases,tumors disappeared in 10 cases and markedly shrinked in 25 cases.The average irradiated absorbed dose by the tumor was 150.5 Gy, whereas the matched peripheral dose(D_(MP))was 86.6Gy,and the irradiated absorbed dose of 90% target volume(D_(90))was 92.4 Gy thus D_(90)>D_(MP).Conclusion The therapy of ~(125)I seed implantation in NSCLC is safe and available. |
