恒牙早期前牙反伴牙列拥挤的分期矫治

目的探寻一种治疗恒牙早期前牙反牙合伴牙列拥挤的良好途径。方法选择13例恒牙早期前牙反牙合伴牙列拥挤病例,进行分期非拔牙矫治:①上颌牙合垫矫治器解除前牙反牙合;②远中移动上颌磨牙开辟间隙,解除拥挤;③固定矫治器排齐牙列、关闭牙隙。结果13例患者经5~8个月后,解除前牙反牙合,上颌第1磨牙平均远移约3.6 mm。结论分期非拔牙矫治恒牙早期前牙反牙合伴牙列拥挤,方法可行,且疗效稳定。

The Non-Extraction Treatment by Stages of Anterior Crossbiteas Well as Maxillary Crowding in Early Permanent

Objective To study an appropriate method of remedying those cases with anterior crossbite as well as maxillary crowding in early permanent.Methods 13 patients with anterior crossbite as well as maxillary crowding early permanent were treated with non-extraction by stages.①All patients were treated with moved maxillary biteplate appliance to relief anterior crossbite.②After relieving the anterior crossbite,all patients were treated with maxillary molar distalization applianceto open-up space,relief crowding.③In the end,we used fixed appliance to alignment dentition,closure space.Results All patients have been relived anterior crossbite successfully and the maxillary molar was distalized by 3.6 mm per side.Conclusions Non-extraction treatment by stages can treat successfully anterior crossbite as well as crowding in early permanent.
