| 摘 要： | 通过介绍深圳陆路口岸车辆及人员检验检疫监管手段的沿革，比较《出入境车辆及人员检验检疫监管簿》与深圳陆路电子《监管簿》系统新老两种监管模式的承载功能和监管实效，探讨陆路口岸车辆及人员检验检疫双轨制监管手段的合理性。

| Abstract: | By introducing the development of inspection and quarantine supervision on vehicles and passengers at Shenzhen Port, this paper compares the function and supervision efficiency of the traditional ＂Inspection and Quarantine Supervision Book＂ and the new electronic ＂Supervision Book＂, and discusses the rationality of the double-track supervision mode by combining the traditional book and the new one. |
