52例重型颅脑损伤死亡原因分析

本文要据花都医院近年收治的52例重型颅脑损伤死亡病例的临床资料，认为重型颅脑损伤病人的死亡与下列因素有关：（1）年龄；（2）原发性脑损伤的程度；（3）手术时机；（4）合并伤；（5）并发症。强调重型颅脑损伤的早诊、早治是关键，积极入理合并伤，加强术后治疗和护理，防治并发症，对降低死亡率有重要意义。

The Analysis of the Causes of Death of 52 Cases of Sever Craniocerebral Injury

In this paper,the dlinical mdataterial of 52 cases died from severe craniocerdbral injury treated in our hospital between 1987-1990 were surdied.Combined with other documents,it was concluded that the causes of edath of severe craniocerebral injury associated with following factors:1)Age;2) Degree of original cerebral injury;3) Operatinng tiem;4) Complicating injury;5)Cnmplication.It was emphasixed that early diagnosis and early treatment wene the key point in the tneatmet craniocerebral injury's To lowes the mortality,concentreating on landling complicating injury,postoperative treatment and nursing,preventing and curing complicatiion wouee have important nignilicance.
