| 摘 要： | 目的研究髓鞘碱性蛋白（MBP）在肺腺癌A549细胞中的表达及意义.方法用含10%胎牛血清的RPMI Medium1640培养基培养肺腺癌A549细胞,免疫组化SP法检测MBP在肺腺癌A549细胞的表达情况,探讨其功能意义.结果 MBP在A549细胞中的表达,以新生细胞为主,胞浆染色,阳性率约为21.1%.结论 MBP部分在肺腺癌A549细胞表达,这些新生细胞表达MBP形态可能与肺癌细胞的增殖能力或肺癌的嗜神经特性有关.
