| 摘 要： | 目的探讨植物粪石性小肠梗阻的诊治方法.方法回顾分析昆明医学院第二附属医院2005年2月至2011年2月收治的植物粪石性小肠梗阻21例病例资料.结果21例植物粪石性小肠梗阻.保守治疗15例,治愈5例（33.3%）,无效者10例转入手术治疗,另有6例直接接受手术治疗,手术治疗治愈者15例（93.75%）,与保守治疗组比较,手术治疗组疗效显著,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论植物粪石性小肠梗阻行CT检查有助于诊断,经规范保守治疗48 h无缓解者,应积极手术治疗,手术治疗效果较佳.
