| 摘 要： | 目的探讨降低输血不良反应发生的有效手段和措施.方法回顾分析2006年至2007年12月输血不良反应236 302张回报单,对临床输注血液相关制品及输血后的不良反应进行分析.结果 26 302张临床输血不良反应卡中出现输血不良反应者60例占0.23%,成分输血率达94.1%.结论成分输血是降低临床输血不良反应的有效方法,大力提倡手术患者自体输血,同时应积极开拓创新,早日寻找到输血新方法和新技术以有效降低输血不良反应率.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore an effective measures to reduce adverse reactions in blood transfusion.Methords The reports with adverse reactions in blood transfusion in our hospital from 2006 to 2007 were analyzed retrospectively,and the adverse reactions caused by transfusion of blood products were analyzed.Results There were 60 of 26 302 reports with adverse reactions,about 0.23% and the rate of component transfusion was 94.1%.Conclusion Component transfusion is an effective measures to reduce adverse reactions in... |
