| 摘 要： | 目的观察刺五加注射液治疗失眠症的临床疗效.方法将60例失眠患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用刺五加注射液治疗,对照组采用5%葡萄糖注射液治疗,比较两组临床疗效、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分、Athens睡眠量表评分和不良反应.结果治疗组总有效率为76.67%,对照组为30%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分治疗后较治疗前明显降低（P〈0.05）,两组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.两组均未见严重不良反应发生.结论刺五加注射液治疗失眠症疗效确切.
