外周神经鞘瘤的超声诊断及误诊分析

目的提高彩超对外周神经鞘瘤的检出率及准确率,并提升彩超对诊断外周神经鞘瘤的临床价值.方法回顾性分析经临床手术病理确诊的24例外周神经鞘瘤的超声图像表现,总结外周神经鞘瘤的超声图像特征及误诊原因.结果外周神经鞘瘤为椭圆形肿物,边界清楚,内部回声不一,部分为实性低回声,部分为囊实混合或囊性回声,后方回声不变或增强,彩色多普勒显示点条状或较丰富的血流信号.24例经病理确诊为外周神经鞘瘤病例中,超声检出率为100%,对照符合率为12.5%,结论外周神经鞘瘤与肿大淋巴结在彩色多普勒超声图像表现上具有一定的相似性,在诊断外周神经鞘瘤时需与肿大淋巴结、肌纤维瘤、神经纤维瘤等疾病进行鉴别诊断,以提高外周神经鞘瘤诊断的准确率.
