昆明市城乡居民对全科医生需求的调查分析

目的了解昆明地区社区医疗卫生情况,居民对全科医师的认识,群众对全科医生服务内容和工作方式的需求.为今后完善全科医生服务内容、方法提供依据,改进全科医生培养方法垫定基础.方法采用调查问卷的方式,对昆明市520名不同年龄、性别、职业的人群进行随机抽样调查.结果被调查者中,各文化层次的人对全科医生的认识比例为25.8%～48.8%;71.7%更注重全科医生的人文素质,希望他们有较高的责任心、同情心和爱心;72.3%～92.5%认为需要加强全科医生对特殊人群（儿童、老年人、孕妇）的医疗保健;60.2%希望接受24 h开放服务的工作方式.结论相当一部分群众对社区医院和全科医生缺乏认识,为了更好的开展社区医疗服务工作,应该对群众继续加强进行社区医疗服务工作和全科医生相关知识的宣传教育.
