| 摘 要： | 目的为更好地综合应用三七资源,对生产中废弃的三七提取物进行体外抗癌药理活性筛选研究和成分分析鉴定.方法改良MTT法筛选四种人源肿瘤细胞进行体外抗肿瘤药理活性;气相色谱-质谱联用法分析鉴定三七提取物进行成分,面积归一法测定各成分相对含量.结果该三七提取物对体外胃癌细胞株MKN-28的半抑制浓度为27.44μg/mL,人喉癌细胞株Hep2的半抑制浓度为390.84μg/mL,人皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤Hut-97的半抑制浓度为304.18μg/mL,人白血病细胞株K562的半抑制浓度为465.15μg/mL;GC-MS鉴定出该提取物中的25种成分.结论该三七提取物对人胃癌细胞株MKN-28的增殖有一定的抑制效果.
