老年2型糖尿病、糖耐量异常、空腹血糖受损患者血小板膜糖蛋白PAC-1和CD62P的研究

摘    要:目的检测2型糖尿病(T2DM)、糖耐量异常(IGT)、空腹血糖受损(IFG)患者血小板膜糖蛋白PAC-1和CD62P表达水平,研究不同血糖状态下血小板活化的程度.方法分别选取老年T2DM、IGT、IFG患者和健康对照组(NC)各30例,采集静脉血测定空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPBG)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)等,同时运用流式细胞分析术(FCM)测定血小板膜糖蛋白PAC-1和CD62P的表达水平.结果 T2DM组、IGT组、IFG组的PAC-1和CD62P较NC组明显升高(P〈0.05),而T2DM组的表达最高.多因素线性相关分析,血小板膜糖蛋白PAC-1和CD62P与FPG、2hPBG、TG、TC、HbA1c、LDL-C呈正相关,与HDL-C负相关,且与TG和FPG相关性较高.结论血小板活化在糖尿病前期就已经存在,在糖代谢紊乱患者早期血栓病变的发生发展中发挥着关键的作用.
