| 摘 要： | 目的观察康艾注射液配合化疗对晚期大肠癌患者生存质量的改善以及对毒性反应的作用.方法将60例大肠癌术后患者随机分为两组,对照组30例采用单纯化疗治疗,治疗组30例采用化疗加康艾注射液治疗,两组均治疗14 d为1疗程,4疗程后评价疗效.结果治疗组近期疗效与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;在改善生活质量,减轻化疗不良反应方面优于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论康艾注射液配合化疗法对晚期大肠癌有益气扶正、养阴生津的功效,可协助化疗抗癌,改善患者生活质量及减轻化疗毒副反应的作用.
