| 摘 要： | 目的比较宣威肺腺癌xwlc-05和肺腺癌A549细胞株体外培养细胞活力.方法体外培养宣威肺腺癌xwlc-05和肺腺癌A549细胞株,观察细胞形态变化.取传代培养后1 d、3 d、5 d 3个时间点分别计数细胞,MTT检测3时间点细胞活力变化,并进行统计学分析比较.结果宣威肺腺癌xwlc-05细胞株和肺腺癌A549细胞株各时间点比较,培养1 d、3 d、5 d组的细胞数量逐渐增加,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;同时,宣威肺腺癌xwlc-05细胞株和肺腺癌A549细胞株3 d组细胞活力较1 d组增加,而5 d组的细胞活力较3 d组下降,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论不同肺腺癌细胞株体外增殖和细胞活力不完全一致.
