| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Ki-67与Survivin在宫颈癌中的表达情况与宫颈癌临床特征的关系及其二者的相关性.方法采用免疫组化SP法检测KiI-67、Survivin在73例宫颈癌,25例宫颈上皮内瘤样病变（CIN）和20例慢性宫颈炎组织中的表达.结果从慢性宫颈炎组到宫颈癌组,Ki-67、Survivin表达率逐渐升高;Ki-67及Survivin的表达均与宫颈癌临床分期相关;Ki-67表达与Survivin表达呈正相关（r=0.671,P〈0.01）.结论 Ki-67、Survivin在宫颈癌组织中的表达情况,在一定程度上反映宫颈癌的恶性程度,与宫颈癌的分期及预后密切相关.
