| 摘 要： | 目的探讨APC和NeuN在肺腺癌A549细胞株中的表达及意义.方法体外培养肺腺癌A549细胞株,观察细胞形态变化;取第1代培养后1 d、5 d的细胞,用免疫组化检测APC和NeuN在肺腺癌细胞株A549的表达及计处阳性染色细胞的变化.结果 APC和NeuN在体外传代培养的肺腺癌A549细胞株中有表达,且随着细胞的生长,APC的表达减少,NeuN的表达增多.结论 APC可能在其早期形成中就发挥一定的作用;A549、NeuN的表达增A549肺腺癌细胞可能存在向神经细胞分化的潜力.在肺腺癌A549细胞表达减少.
