| 摘 要： | 目的观察直肠癌患者与健康志愿者血小板活化状况、凝血参数、血小板相关参数,进一步明确直肠癌患者血液高凝状态.方法选择病理确诊为直肠癌的患者89例为观察组,同期来云南省肿瘤医院进行肿瘤普查的健康志愿者40名为对照组,测定外周静脉血活化血小板CD62P、CD63的表达量,以及凝血四项（TT、PT、APTT、FIB）和血小板参数（PLT、PDW、MPV、P-LCR）.结果与对照组比较,观察组血小板活化标志物CD62p、CD63的表达量明显升高,FIB及血小板参数PLT、PDW、MPV、P-LCR均升高,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;凝血参数PT、APTT、TT比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.结论直肠癌患者血液的高凝状态主要是以活化血小板、血小板参数、FIB的增加为特点;活化血小板CD62P、CD63是预测直肠癌患者血液高凝状态新的敏感指标.
