| 摘 要： | 目的研究薄荷油外用治疗人体蠕形螨的效果.方法征集人体蠕形螨感染志愿者82人,随机分为两组.实验组42名感染者用6.25%薄荷油;对照组40名用10%硫磺软膏,两组均治疗25 d.结果薄荷油治疗组有效率85.71%（36/42）,硫磺软膏治疗组有效率42.5%（17/40）.两组疗效差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论薄荷油外用治疗人体蠕形螨有明显疗效,且效果优于硫磺软膏.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of peppermint oil for Demodex in human body surface.Methods 82 positive volunteers were divided into two groups.One as study group included 42 cases,another as control group included 40 cases.6.25% peppermint oil and 10% sulphur ointment were respectively used to treat the volunteers in two goups for 25 days in order to knowing the therapeutic effect of peppermint oil.Results The effective rate of the group of peppermint oil was 85.7%(36/42),and 42.5% of the group... |
