藏药南寒水石热制炮制工艺研究

摘    要:目的:探讨藏药南寒水石的热制最佳炮制工艺.方法:通过文献、典籍记载的查阅及实地走访各藏医院调查了解,对南寒水石热制炮制方法进行归纳总结.据此确定各单因素实验条件并进行正交试验,对不同炮制条件下所得南寒石炮制品中钙(Ca),铁(Fe),锰(Mn),锌(Zn),铜(Cu)元素含量进行测定.结果:粒径10~20 mm,生草乌与火硝比例1:2,煮沸3h为南寒水石最佳炮制条件.结论:本实验为研究南寒水石热制炮制机制及制定最佳炮制工艺奠定基础.
