| 摘 要： | 本文对384例剖宫产指征进行了分析。与对照组比较,剖析了头盆不称,臀位、重度妊高症及再次剖宫产的指征。强调合理试产及密切观察产程的重要性。提出,为降低围产儿死亡率,对于单胎臀位,若新生儿体重≥3500g,或为足位时,宜行选择性剖宫产;为抢救母婴生命,应适当放宽子痫患者的剖宫产指征,手术可不受抽搐控制时间的限制。

| Abstract: | This paper is a retrospective analysis of 334 cases delivered by Cesarean sec-tion(C,S),With particular attention to the indication of C,S,for cephalopelvicdisproprotion,breech presentation,repeat section and severe toximia of pregnancyThe importance of adeguate testing labor is stressed,In order to decrease the perin-atal mortality C,S is an advisable method for managing footing breech and for ma-naging breech presentation that fatal Weigh≥3000g,It is suggusted that C,S,maybe more liberally used in cases of eclampsia,Thus urgent C,S,might be in spiteof convulsion and coma a life-seving procedure in severe cases of eclampsia. |
