孟鲁司特联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗儿童哮喘疗效观察

目的:观察孟鲁司特联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗儿童哮喘的临床疗效。方法:45例哮喘患儿均在非急性发作期,观察组20例采用孟鲁司特联合沙美特罗替卡松吸入,对照组25例采用沙美特罗替卡松吸入,进行3个月的治疗。记录患儿的哮喘控制水平、急性发作次数。结果:治疗后两组的哮喘控制水平、急性发作次数均有显著改善,治疗组改善优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现明显的不良反应。结论:孟鲁司特联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗可以显著提高儿童哮喘的临床疗效。
