锁定加压接骨板在桡骨远端粉碎性骨折治疗中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨AO/ASIF锁定加压接骨板治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的手术方法及临床效果。方法2002年3月~2003年4月,应用锁定加压接骨板治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折26例,术后进行早期合适的康复锻炼。结果22例获得随访。术后随访6~15个月,X线片显示骨折全部愈合。综合评分:优11例,良8例,可3例,优良率达到86.3%。结论桡骨远端粉碎性骨折通过锁定加压接骨板的治疗,能有效地恢复和维持桡骨复位后的长度、关节面平整和早期恢复腕关节功能的目的。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the procedure and treatment outcome of AO/ASIF locking compression plate in treatment of comminuted fracture of distal radius. Methods From March 2002 to April 2003, 26 Patients with comminuted fracture of distal radius were operated with locking compression plate. Early and suitable rehabilitation was carried out postoperatively. Results Twenty-two cases were followed-up regularly according to AO evaluation of the wrist joint movement(6-15 months). Bone union occurred in all cases with roentgenographic evidence. The result of comprehensive evaluation was excellent in 11 cases, good in 8 cases, and fair in 3 cases, with 86.3% in excellent and good rate. Conclusion The locking compression plate in treatment of comminuted distal radial fractures can effectively restore and maintain the length of the distal radius after replacement, a good restoration of articular surface, and early restoration of wrist function.
