家庭贫困大学生心理健康情况调查分析

目的 了解家庭贫困大学生心理健康情况，掌握家庭贫困大学生心理异常发生比率，寻找帮助家庭贫困大学生走出心理困境的方法。方法 以萍乡高等专科学校115名家庭贫困大学生为研究对象，进行症状自评量表SCL-90测试，统计得出115名家庭贫困大学生9个方面的因子和均分，以及心理异常发生比率，分析研究家庭贫困大学生心理健康情况。结果 家庭贫困大学生心理异常发生比率很高：家庭贫困大学生心理健康状况显著低于全国青年常模；男、女家庭贫困大学生心理健康状况不存在差异。结论 家庭贫困是大学生产生心理卫生问题的重要原因，家庭贫困甚至比学业受挫对大学生产生的影响还大，应关注家庭贫困大学生心理健康，并采取切实措施提高他们的心理健康水平。

Study on mental health of college students from poor family

Objetive To understand the mental health status of students from poor family and the prevalence of mental problems among them, and to find out the ways to help them solving the problems. Methods A total of 115 students from poor family in Pingxiang College were surveyed with SCL-90 to get the data of the 9 factors, then calculating the average number and prevalence rate of the mental problems, and analyzing the mental health status. Results The prevalence rate of mental problems among the students from poor family was very high. Their mental health level was much lower than the average of the youth in our country. There were no differences in mental health status between the male and female students from poor family. Conclusion The main reason for those students' mental problems is family poor. To the college students, family poor even has greater influence than the underachievement in studying. Much more attention should be paid to the mental health of the students from poor family. Practical and effective measures should be taken to help them raising their mental health level.
