分枝杆菌多糖(MPS)对小鼠抗SRbc抗体生成细胞增强作用的观察

摘    要:用溶血空斑法测定了分枝杆菌多糖制剂对小鼠抗SRbc抗体生成细胞的影响。实验表明,分枝杆菌多糖制剂可明显增强小鼠脾细胞产生抗体的作用,每只小鼠每次注射10~0.01μgMPS的各实验组与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.001)。从而提示,本制剂具有增强机体体液免疫之功效,可能增强感染性疾病患者的抗感染能力及提高接种疫苗后的抗体应答能力。

Abstract:The effect of MPS on anti-SRbc antibody forming cells in mice was tested by haemoly- tic plaque method. The result showed that MPS may enhance the antibody production in mice spleen cells as compared with the controls(P<0. 001). It indicated that MPS might enhance the resistant ability of patients with infective desease and increase the antibody response after immunization.
