丹红注射液联合马来酸桂哌齐特治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足的效果观察

目的 观察丹红注射液联合马来酸桂哌齐特注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足的临床效果。方法 将81例椎-基底动脉供血不足患者随机分为两组，即丹红注射液联合马来酸桂哌齐特注射液治疗组（n=41）和丹红注射液对照组（n=40），两组的治疗时间均为14d，观察两组治疗前后的血液流变学变化及临床症状、疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率为95．12％、显效率为68．29％，对照组总有效率为75．00％、显效率为40．00％，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组治疗后血液流变学、TCD指标变化均比对照组明显，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论 丹红注射液联合马来酸桂哌齐特注射液能改善患者的血液黏稠度和椎-基底动脉供血，对椎-基底动脉供血不足患者有较好的疗效。

Effect observation of Danhong injection combining with cinepazide maleate in the treatment of vertebrobasilar ischemia

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Danhong injection combining with cinepazide maleate injection in the treatment of vertebrobasilar ischemia （VBI）. Methods Eighty-one VBI patients were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group （n=41,also known as Danhong injection combining with cinepazide maleate injection group） and control group （n=40,that was Danhong injection group）.The treatment lasted 14 days in the two groups.Hemorheology change,clinical manifestation,and curative effect before and after treatment were observed in both groups. Results The total effective rate and significant effectiveness rate in the treatment group were 95.12% and 68.29% respectively, while in the control group,they were 75.00% and 40.00% in turn,which displayed statistical differences after comparisons （P〈0.05）.In the treatment group,the hemodynamic change and TCD index after therapy improved more remarkably than those in the control group with statistical differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of Danhong injection and cinepazide maleate injection can improve blood viscosity and blood-supply of basilar artery,which is favorable for VBI patients.
