摘 要: | 目的 建立不同产地桑叶UPLC指纹图谱.方法 采用ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18(2.1 mm×50.0 mm,1.7 μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,检测波长为358 nm,流速为0.6 ml/min,柱温40℃,进样体积1μl.结果 建立了桑叶专属性的UPLC指纹图谱,确定了15个共有峰,不同产地桑叶样品具有较好的相似度.结论 UPLC指纹图谱方法重复性好,简便可靠,可用于桑叶的快速鉴别,可以为桑叶的质量控制和市场应用提供依据.

Abstract: | Objective To establish UPLC fingerprint of Morus alba L. from different regions. Methods Column AC- QUITY UPLC BEH C18(2.1 mm×50.0 mm, l.7 μm)was used.The mobile phase was methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid wa- ter with gradient elution.The detection wave-lengths was 358 nm and column temperature was 40℃ with the flow rate of 0.6 ml/min.The sample injection was 1 pal. Results A specificity fingerprint chromatogram was produced and 15 characteristic peaks were designated.The results showed that the collected samples had a good similarity. Conclusion UPLC fingerprint is a reliable,available and quick method of quality control of Morus alba L. and it is necessary for the safe and practicable use of the medicine. |
