孟鲁司特在儿童轻中度支气管哮喘急性发作中的效果分析

目的 探讨孟鲁司特治疗儿童轻中度支气管哮喘急性发作的效果。方法 选择本院收治的支气管哮喘急性发作患儿70例，随机分为研究组和对照组，每组各35例，两组均按急性哮喘标准流程给予常规治疗．研究组患者在常规治疗的基础上加用孟鲁司特，观察两组的症状体征消失时间及治疗效果。结果 研究组喘憋消失时间、哮鸣音消失时间、湿哕音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；研究组总有效率明显高于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论 对于轻中度支气管哮喘急性发作患儿．在常规急性哮喘治疗的基础上，初始治疗时加用孟鲁司特可促进哮喘症状缓解，值得应用。

Effect of montelukast in treatment of children with mild,moderate asthma exacerbations

Objective To investigate the effect of montelukast in treatment of children with mild,moderate asthma exacerbations. Methods 70 cases of children with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group,35 cases in each group,according to the standard procedure of acute asthma treatment,two groups were all given conventional therapy,patients in the study group were given montelukast on the basis of conventional therapy,the signs and symptoms disappear time and therapeutic effect were observed. Results The disappearance time of asthma suppress,wheezing rale,moist rale,cough in study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The total efficiency rate of study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For children with mild,moderate acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma on the basis of conventional therapy, plus montelukast in initial treatment can promote relief of asthma symptoms,it is worthy of application.
