老年患者术后粘连性肠梗阻应用经鼻肠梗阻导管置入术治疗的临床体会

目的 探讨老年患者术后粘连性肠梗阻应用经鼻肠梗阻导管置入术治疗的临床效果。方法 选取本院2012年1月～2013年1月收治的96例术后粘连性肠梗阻老年患者，随机将其分为观察组和对照组，各48例。对照组给予传统常规鼻胃管胃肠减压术治疗，观察组给予经鼻肠梗阻导管置入术治疗，比较两组的总有效率及症状改善情况。结果 观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组，腹围减少及胃肠减压引流量情况均明显优于对照组，排便排气恢复时间及气液平面消失时间均明显短于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组的转手术治疗率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论 给予术后粘连性肠梗阻患者经鼻肠梗阻导管置入术治疗可有效提高治疗效果，改善患者的临床症状，临床效果显著，值得推广和应用。

Clinical experience of applying transnasal ileus tube implantation in the treatment of elderly patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction after surgery

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of transnasal ileus tube implantation in the treatment of elderly patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction after surgery. Methods 96 elderly patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction after surgery admitted into our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were randomly and evenly divided into the observation group and the control group.In the control group,patients were treated by conventional nasogastric tube for gastrointestinal decompression,while patients in the observation group were treated by transnasal ileus tube implantation.The total effective rate and improvement of symptoms in both groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was remarkably higher than that in the control group,reduction of abdominal circumference and volume of drainage by gastrointestinal decompression were both superior to those in the control group recovery time of defecation and gas exhausting and disappearing time of gas-fluid level were shorter than those in the control group （P〈0.05）;the rate of turning to surgical treatment in the observation group was greatly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application transnasal ileus tube implantation to treat patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction after surgery can effectively improve therapeutic effect and clinical symptoms, which obtains a great effect and it is worthy of expansion and application.
