护理干预联合三联药物治疗消化性溃疡合并幽门螺杆菌感染的效果分析

目的 研究并讨论在三联疗法基础上增加应用护理干预对治疗消化性溃疡合并幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染的效果.方法 以本院2012年1月～2013年7月收治的100例消化性溃疡合并Hp感染患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,所有患者均进行三联药物治疗,观察组在此基础上增加针对性的护理干预项目,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果和疾病相关生活质量之间的差异.结果 观察组临床治疗显效率为72.00％,对照组为50.00％,观察组临床治疗效果高于对照组（P＜0.05）.治疗后观察组患者临床症状得分和发作频率得分分别为（1.34±0.08）分、（1.25±0.15）分,对照组分别为（1.54±0.12）分、（1.54±0.14）分,观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）.观察组疾病相关生活质量评分显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 护理干预联合三联药物治疗可以在消化性溃疡合并Hp感染的治疗中起到积极作用,其不仅可以提高临床治疗效果,还可改善患者的生活质量,提高患者的治疗依从性.

Effect analysis of nursing intervention combined with triple drug therapy in treatment of peptic ulcer with Helicobacter pylori infection

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention combined with triple drug therapy in treatment of peptic ulcer with Helicobacter pylori （Hp） infection. Methods 100 cases of patients with peptic ulcer and Hp infection were divided into observation group and control group.The conventional combined treatment scheme was used in all the patients.The nursing intervention was added to the observation group.The clinical effect and the life quality were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effect of the observation group was 72.00%,was higher than 50.00% of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.The score of clinical symptoms and the attacks frequency was 1.34±0.08 and 1.25±0.15 in the observation group,was lower than 1.54±0.12 and 1.54±0.14 in the control group respectively （P〈0.05）.The level of life quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group respectively （P〈0.05）. Conclusion It can get a satisfaction effect using nursing intervention combined with triple drug therapy in treatment of peptic ulcer with Hp infection,with better clinical effect and higher level of life quality.
