cTnI及hs-CRP在急性心肌梗死诊断中的临床价值

目的 分析心肌肌钙蛋白I（cTnI）及高敏C反应蛋白（hs—CRP）在急性心肌梗死诊断中的临床价值。方法 随机选取本院2013年1～12月收治的48例急性心肌梗死患者作为治疗组，同时选取同期到本院就诊的48例健康体检人员作为对照组，检测两组患者的cTnI及hs—CRP水平。结果 治疗组cTnI及hs—CRP水平显著高于对照组．差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组患者cTnI在4～8h升高，高峰在8-12h，72h后降低；hs-CRP不断升高，高峰在12～24h，72h后降低到正常水平。结论 联合检测cTnI及hs—CRP，对诊断急性心肌梗死具有较高的临床价值，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical value of cTnI and hs-CRP in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction

Objective To analyze the clinical value of cardiac troponin I （cTnI） and high sensitive C-reactive protein （hs-CRP） in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.Methods 48 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital from January to December 2013 were selected as treatment group,and 48 cases of healthy people in our hospital were as control group,cTnI and hs-CRP of two patients were detected.Results cTnI and hs-CRP in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group respectively,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. cTnI of the treatment group increased in 4-8 h,the peak was at 8-12 h,72 h decreased; hs-CRP increased continuously,the peak was at 12-24 h,72 h decreased to normal level.Conclusion The combined detection of cTnI and hs-CRP has high clinical value in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction,is worth the clinical promotion.
