腹腔镜保守手术治疗输卵管妊娠的临床效果及对受孕的影响

目的 探讨腹腔镜保守手术治疗输卵管妊娠的临床效果以及对受孕的影响.方法 收集82例输卵管妊娠患者作为研究对象,分为研究组与对照组,每组各41例,研究组给予腹腔镜保守手术治疗,对照组采用开腹治疗.结果 研究组的手术时间、术中出血量、排气时间及住院时间等指标均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;术后随访15个月,研究组的受孕率为73.17％,明显高于对照组的51.22％,差异有统计意义（P＜0.05）.结论 腹腔镜保守手术治疗输卵管妊娠的创伤小、恢复快,且术后受孕率较高,是一种比较理想的治疗方法.

Clinical effect of laparoscopic conservative surgery in the treatment of fallopian pregnancy and its influence on conception

Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic conservative surgery on fallopian pregnancy patients and its influence on conception. Methods Eighty-two patients in fallopian pregnancy were selected as research objects and evenly divided into research group and control group.The laparoscopic conservative surgery was provided in the re- search group,and laparotomy was adopted in the control group. Results The operation time,intraoperative amount of bleeding,time of gas exhaustion, and hospital stay in the research group were all superior to those in the control group with statistical differences （P〈O.05）.After 15-months followed-up,the conception rate in the research group was 73.17%,much higher in comparison with that in the control group accounting for 51.22%,which displayed a statistical difference （/9〈0.05）. Conclusion For fallopian pregnancy patient,laparoscopie conservative surgery at advantages of small wound,quick recovery,and high postoperative conception rate is a relatively optimal therapeutic method.
