摘    要:目的 探讨并分析高血压前期体检人群的体质量指数(BMI)对24h动态血压监测水平的影响,以期预防和治疗临床高血压.方法 在2009年8月~2013年6月来本院进行体检的人群中抽取180例,将180例按BMI分为3组,分别为肥胖组(n=45)、超重组(n=103)和正常组(n=32).再用自动生化仪测量体检者的的高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)和血糖、血脂、三酰甘油(TG)、肌酐,并测其身高、体重,计算BMI.用血压监测仪分别测体检者的24h的动态血压,即白天和夜间的平均血压、两负荷血压和两者血压变化的标准差,再测得体检者的24h平均血压,分别记录.结果 3组的BMI、血糖、TG和HDL水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但3组的低密度LDL、血脂、肌酐水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).3组白天的平均舒张压、舒张压负荷、舒张压变化标准差和夜间的平均舒张压、舒张压负荷及24 h平均舒张压差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 体检者的BMI越大,其24 h动态血压监测水平波动也就越大.

Abstract:Objective To discuss and analyze the influence of body index of pre-hypertensive physical examination population on dynamic blood pressure monitoring level of 24 h to prevent and treat clinical hypertension. Methods 180 people with physical examination in our hospital from August 2009 to June 2013 were selected and divided into the fat group (n=45),the overweight group (n=103) and the normal group (n=32).The HDL, LDL,BP,blood glucose,blood lipids, triglyceride,creatinine were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer,besides,the height and body weight were deter- mined for counting body mass index.Blood pressure monitor was used to detect the 24 hours' dynamic blood level,such as the average pressure of day and night,two load blood pressure and the standard deviation of the two,then the 24 h average pressure was determined and recorded. Results There was a statistical difference of protein level of body weight index,blood glucose,TG and HDL level of the three groups (P〈0.05),and there was no statistical difference of LDL,blood lipids and creatinine level.There was a statistical difference of average diastolic pressure,diastolic pressure load,diastolic blood pressure standard deviation of daytime and average diastolic pressure,diastolic pressure load of night,and average diastolic pressure of 24 hours of the three groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion The fluctuation of dynamic blood pressure monitoring level of 24 hours increases as the body mass index increasing.
