百令胶囊对糖尿病肾病慢性肾衰竭微炎症状态的影响

目的 探讨百令胶囊对糖尿病肾病患者慢性肾衰竭微炎症状态的影响.方法 将糖尿病肾病慢性肾衰竭患者89例随机分为常规治疗组43例,给予常规治疗;百令治疗组46例,在常规治疗组的基础上加用百令胶囊,观察治疗前后患者的hs-CRP、IL-6、SOD、TNF-α、Hcy的变化.选取健康对照组30例,比较其与肾衰竭组的hs-CRP、IL-6、SOD、TNF-α、Hcy的变化.结果 肾衰竭组的hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、Hcy水平均高于健康对照组,SOD水平低于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.百令治疗组治疗后的hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、Hcy水平均低于治疗前,SOD水平高于治疗前（P＜0.05）;常规治疗组治疗前后的hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、Hcy 、SOD水平比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 糖尿病肾病慢性肾衰竭患者存在微炎症反应,百令胶囊可改善氧化应激状态.

The influence of Bailing capsule on microinflammatory state in diabetic nephropathy with chronic renal failure

Objective To investigate the influence of Bailing capsule on microinflammatory state in diabetic nephropa- thy with chronic renal failure. Methods 89 cases of diabetic nephropathy with chronic renal failure patients were ran- domly divided into two groups,43 cases of standard treatment group with conventional treatment,46 cases of Bailing capsule treatment group which therapy based on standard treatment group combined with Bailing capsule,hs-CRP,IL-6, SOD,TNF-α,Hcy of two groups before and after treatment was compared respectively.30 cases of healthy group were selected,hs-CRP,1L-6,SOD,TNF-α,Hcy of heahhy group and renal failure group was compared respectively. Results The hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,Hcy in renal failure group was higher than that in healthy group respectively,SOD in renal failure group was lower than that in healthy group,with statistical difference （P〈0.O1）.The hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,Hcy in Bailing capsule treatment group standard treatment group was lower than that before treatment respectively,SOD in Bailing capsule treatment group after treatment was higher than that before treatment,with statistical difference（P〈O.05）. The hs-CRP,IL-6,SOD,TNF-α,Hcy in standard treatment group before and after treatment was compared respectively, with no statistical difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Microinflammation exist in diabetic nephropathy patients with chron- ic renal failure,Bailing capsule can improve the oxidative stress state.
