心理护理干预对改善乳腺癌患者生活质量的效果分析

目的 评价心理护理干预措施对改善乳腺癌患者生活质量的临床疗效.方法 选取2011年10月～2013年10月本院收治的乳腺癌患者70例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各35例,两组患者术后均接受常规放化疗对症治疗及基础护理措施,观察组在此基础上给予心理护理干预措施,观察并比较两组患者的护理满意度及干预前后生活质量评分情况.结果 观察组满意度为94.3％,对照组满意度为77.1％,两组患者满意度比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.干预前两组患者各项生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;干预后,观察组躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情绪功能及社会功能等功能量表评分明显高于对照组,总体健康质量量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 对乳腺癌患者实施心理护理干预措施可有效改善乳腺癌患者焦虑、抑郁等负性心理,显著提高患者的生活质量,促进患者康复,值得临床推广.

Efficacy analysis of psychological nursing intervention to improve the quality of life on patients with breast cancer

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of psychological care intervention to improve the quality of life on patients with breast cancer. Methods 70 cases of patients with breast cancer in our hospital from March 2012 to February 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,35 cases in each group,all were given with routine postoperative symptomatic treatment and basic care measures,observation group were given with psychological care interventions on this basis,the nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores of two groups were observed and compared before and after intervention. Results The satisfaction rate of observation group was 94.3%, higher than 77.1% of the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）;The quality of life score in the two groups before intervention had no significant difference （P〉0.05）;after intervention,physical function,role function,cognitive function,emotional function,social function and overall quality of health scores in the observation group was higher than that of the control group respectively,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of psychological care interventions can be effective in improving breast cancer patients with breast cancer anxiety,depression and other negative psychological and significantly improve the quality of life of patients and promoting the rehabilitation of patients deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
