微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定金花葵中的微量元素

摘    要:目的 建立原子吸收光谱法测定金花葵中微量元素的方法 。方法 采用HNO3-H2O2微波消解金花葵花瓣,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定铜、镁、铁、锰、锌、钙、铅等7种微量元素。结果 金花葵花瓣中测得的铁、锰含量较高,铅的含量最少。按标准加入法进行了回收率实验,测得值在95.35%-103.59%。结论 该方法 测量微量元素具有样品制备简单、结果 稳定、数据可靠性大的优点,所得数据对金花葵的有效利用具有参考价值。

Abstract:Objective To establish the detecting methods of trace elements in Aurea helianthus.Methods Aurea helianthus was processed with microwave assisted digestion by mixture of HNO3-H2O2,seven trace elements were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.Resaults The contents of iron and magnesium were abundant,while the content of lead was poor.The addition standard recoveries were in the range of 95.35%-103.59% .Conclusion The method to determine trace amount of elements is simple,high-speed.Data obtained is beneficial for the utilization of A urea helianthus.
