摘    要:目的 探讨振动排痰机治疗颅脑外伤的临床效果.方法 选择2013年1~12月曾在本院(科)进行治疗的重度颅脑外伤患者42例,将其随机均分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者行常规雾化吸入,然后对其行人工翻身及拍背,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上雾化吸入后行振动排痰叩背,比较两组的临床效果.结果 观察组的治疗成功率为95.2%,对照组为71.4%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中2例出现肺部感染,对照组中有5例,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 颅脑外伤患者经雾化吸入治疗后,利用振动排痰机进行排痰治疗,能够取得较好的疗效,能够及时有效地清理呼吸道内的分泌物,预防以及减少肺部感染,安全性高,是一种比较理想的治疗方法,值得推广应用.

Application effects of vibration expectoration machine in patients with traumatic brain injury

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of vibration expectoration machine treatment traumatic brain injury. Methods 42 cases of traumatic brain injury patients were selected in our department from January 2013 to De-eember 2013,they were randomly divided into the observation group and control group.The control group were given conventional inhalation,and then turn around and beat them back with artificial,while the observation group were added vibration expectoration call-back on the basis of the control group,the effect of the two groups were compared. Results I The treatment success rate of the observation group was 95.2%,and the control group was 71.4%,the difference was sta- tistically significant (P〈0.05).2 cases occurred lung infection in the observation group,5 cases in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P〈O.05). Conclusion For the traumatic brain injury patients,after the treatment of inhalation,the expectoration treatment with vibration expectoration machine can obtain good effects,can effectively clean the respiratory tract secretion,prevent and reduce the lung infection,high safety,it is an ideal treatment method,it is worthy of popularization and application.
