麝香保心丸治疗高血压颈动脉斑块的有效性分析

目的 探讨麝香保心丸治疗高血压颈动脉斑块的有效性.方法 选取2012年5月～2013年5月在本院就诊的57例高血压患者,随机分成治疗组（29例）与对照组（28例）.对照组给予抗血小板凝集、调脂、降压等常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用麝香保心丸,两组均治疗6个月.观察两组治疗前后血脂、颈动脉内膜-中层厚度（IMT）和颈动脉斑块面积的变化.结果 两组患者治疗前后TC、TG、HDL-C比较差异无统计学意义;两组治疗后LDL-C比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.治疗后,两组患者的IMT和颈动脉斑块面积变化比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 麝香保心丸治疗高血压颈动脉斑块的临床效果显著,安全性高.

Analysis on effectiveness of Shexiang Baoxin pill in the treatment of carotid artery plaque

Objective To explore the effectiveness of Shexiang Baoxin pill in the treatment of carotid artery plaque. Methods 57 eases with hypertension were collected in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2013,and they were randomly divided into treatment group （29 cases） and control group （28 cases）.The control group was given anti platelet aggregation,adjusting blood lipids,lowering blood pressure and other conventional treatment,while the treatment group was combined with Shexiangbaoxin pill based on the control group.The two groups were treated for 6 months.The blood lipids,carotid artery intima-media thickness （IMT） and carotid plaque area change of two groups were all observed before and after treatment. Results There were no significant differences in the TC,TG, HDL-C of two groups between before and after treatment.There was significant difference in the LDL-C after treatment between the two groups （P〈0.05）.After treatment,there were significant differences in the IMT and carotid plaque area changes between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin pill in the treatment of carotid artery plaque hypertension has significant clinical efficacy and high safety.
