依那普利治疗高血压合并肾功能损害的效果分析

目的 探讨和分析依那普利治疗高血压合并肾功能损害的临床效果.方法 选取2011年12月～2013年12月在本院接受治疗的高血压合并肾功能损害患者30例为研究对象,给予依那普利治疗,观察和对比治疗前后的血压（SBP、DBP）、血尿素氮（BUN）、血肌酐（SCr）、尿白蛋白（mAlb）.结果 治疗后的SBP、DBP、BUN、SCr、mAlb均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 依那普利治疗高血压合并肾功能损害患者的效果显著.

Curative effect analysis of enalapril in the treatment of hypertension combined with renal function damage

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of enalapril in the treatment of hypertension combined with renal function damage. Methods Thirty patients with hypertension and renal function damage admitted into our hospital from December 2011 to December 2013 were selected as research objects.All these participants were treated by enalapril,blood pressure（SBP,DBP）,blood urea nitrogen （BUN）,serum creatinine（SCr）and urinary microalbumin（mAlb） was observed and compared respectively before and after treatment. Results After treatment,SBP,DBP,BUN,SCr and mAlb was lower than that before treatment respectively,with ststistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Enalapril in the treatment of hypertension combined with renal function damage patients can obtain obvious effect.
