输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术治疗肾盏结石的效果及并发症分析

目的 探讨输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术治疗肾盏结石的效果以及并发症,以供临床参考.方法 将本院2010年11月～2013年11月收治的肾盏结石患者130例纳入本研究,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各65例.对照组患者接受经皮肾镜下钬激光碎石术治疗,实验组患者接受输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术治疗.比较两组的住院时间、一次碎石成功率、术后并发症发生率.结果 实验组的住院时间为（3.75±0.58）d,对照组为（5.21±0.73）d;实验组的一次碎石成功率为98.46％,对照组为87.69％;实验组的并发症发生率为6.15％,对照组为15.38％.与对照组比较,实验组的住院时间较短、一次碎石成功率较高、术后并发症发生率较低（P＜0.05）.结论 输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术治疗肾盏结石具有疗效确切、并发症少、术后恢复快等优越性,值得在今后的临床工作中予以推广.

Flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for the treatment of renal calyceal stones and its complications analysis

Objective To investigate flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for the treatment of renal calyceal stones and its complications to provide the reference for the clinic. Methods 130 patients with renal calyceal stones from November 2010 to November 2013 treated in our hospital were selected for this study and they were randomly divided into the experimental group （n=65） and the control group （n=65）.The control group received the treatment of percutaneous nephroscope holmium laser lithotripsy,the experimental group received the treatment of flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.Hospital stay,success rate of one-time lithotripsy and the incidence rate of complications of the two groups were compared. Results The hospital stay in the experimental group was （3.75±0.58）days,and in the control group,it was （5.21±0.73）days;success rate of one-time lithotripsy in the experimental group was 98.46%,and in the control group,it was 87.69%;the incidence rate of the experimental group was 6.15%,and in the control group,it was 15.38%. Compared with the control group,the experimental group had shorter hospital stay,a higher success rate of one- time lithotripsy,a lower incidence rate of postoperative complications （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy treating renal calyceal stones has advantages of exact curative effect,less complication,fast re- covery after operation and so on ,it is worthy of promotion in the future clinical work.
