超声乳化治疗慢性闭角性青光眼的效果分析

目的 探讨超声乳化治疗慢性闭角性青光眼的有效性和安全性,为临床治疗提供依据.方法 选取本院2010年10月～2013年4月接收并经检查确诊为慢性闭角性青光眼的65例（75眼）患者为观察组,选取同期收治的68例（75眼）患者为对照组.对照组采用眼小梁切除术治疗,观察组采用超声乳化治疗,比较两组的总有效率、眼压、视力、前房深度、前房角和术后并发症发生率.结果 观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为93.34％、48.00％,差异有统计学意义（χ2=28.53,P=0.003）;两组治疗后的眼压、视力、前房深度及前房角比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组治疗前后的眼压、视力、前房深度及前房角比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组与对照组术后并发症发生率分别为8.00％、25.33％,差异有统计学意义（χ2=8.112,P=0.008）.结论 超声乳化治疗慢性闭角性青光眼患者具有较高临床效果及安全性,值得临床推广应用.

Effect analysis of phacoemulsification in the treatment of chronic angle-closure glaucoma

Objective To investigate the effects and safety of phacoemulsification in the treatment of chronic angle- closure glaucoma in order to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods 65 cases （75 eyes） of patients with chronic angle-closure glaucoma from October 2010 to April 2013 in our hospital were selected as observation group and 68 cases （75 eyes） of patients during the same period were selected as control group.Trabeculectomy was used in control group,phaeoemulsification was used in observation group.Total effective rate,intraocular pressure,visual acuity, anterior chamber depth,anterior chamber angle and incidence rate of postoperative complication in two groups was com- pared respectively. Results Total effective rate of observation group and control group was 93.34%,48.00% respectively, with statistical difference （χ2=28.53,P=0.003）.Afier treatment,intraocular pressure,visual acuity,anterior chamber depth, anterior chamber angle in two groups was compared respectively,with statistical differenee（P〈0.05）.Before treatment and after treatment,intraocular pressure,visual acuity,anterior chamber depth,anterior chamber angle in observation group was compared respectively,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Incidence rate of postoperative complication in observation group and control group was 8.00%,25.33% respectively,with statistical differenee（χ2=8.112,P=0.008）. Conclusion Pha- coemulsification in the treatment of chronic angle-closure glaucoma has high clinical efficacy and the safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
