氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗急性化脓性中耳炎的效果分析

目的 评价氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗急性化脓性中耳炎的临床效果.方法 选取2010年3月～2013年2月本院收治的110例急性化脓性中耳炎患者,随机分为观察组（55例）和对照组（55例）,观察组采用氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗,对照组采用硼酸冰片滴耳液治疗,观察比较两组的临床疗效、起效时间、病原菌清除率、听力改善程度及不良反应的发生情况.结果 观察组总有效率为98.18％,对照组总有效率为87.27％,两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组起效时间短于对照组,病原菌清除率高于对照组,听力改善程度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组不良反应发生率为3.64％,对照组不良反应发生率为9.09％,两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 采用氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗急性化脓性中耳炎效果好,安全系数高,值得临床推广.

Effect analysis of ofloxacin ear drops in treatment of acute suppurative otitis media

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ofloxacin ear drops in the treatment of acute suppurative otitis media.Methods 110 cases of patients with acute suppurative otitis media treated in our hospital from March 2010 to February 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group were received ofloxacin ear drops treatment,the control group were received boric acid borneol ear drops treat- ment.The clinical efficacy,onset time,pathogenic bacteria clearance rate,hearing improvement degree and occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.18% and that of the control group was 87.27%,the difference was significant （P〈O.O5）.Compared with the control group,the observation group of onset time was shorter,pathogen clearance rate was higher, and hearing improvement degree was better,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 3.64% and that of the control group was 9.09%,the difference was not significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of acute suppurative otitis media,ofloxacin ear drops shows good efficacy and has high safety coefficient,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
