关节镜手术联合早期康复治疗胫骨平台骨折的效果分析

目的 探讨关节镜手术联合早期康复治疗胫骨平台骨折的效果.方法 2012年1月～2013年1月本院收治140例胫骨平台骨折患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各70例,对照组患者单独行关节镜手术治疗,观察组患者给予关节镜联合早期康复治疗,对比观察两组的临床疗效.结果 观察组的临床疗效总有效率为92.9％,对照组为78.6％,观察组的临床疗效明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）;观察组患者的术后膝关节功能评分明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 关节镜手术联合早期康复治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用.

Effect analysis of arthroscopic operation combined with early rehabilitation treatment of tibial plateau fractures

Objective To study the curative effect of arthroscopic surgery in combination with early rehabilitation treat- ment of tibial plateau fractures. Methods 140 cases of patients with fracture of tibial platform were treated in our hos- pital from January 2012 to January 2013,they were divided into control group and observation group according to ran- dom number table method,each group of 70 cases.The control group patients were given arthroscopic surgery alone,and the observation group patients were given arthroscopy combined early rehabilitation treatment,and the clinical effects of two groups of treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of clinical curative effect of observation group was 92.9%,but the control group was 78.6%,the rate of clinical curative effect of observation group was obviously better than the control group （P〈0.05）,the observation group patients＇ knee function score was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of arthroscopic operation of tibial plateau fracture combined with early rehabilitation treatment of tibial plateau fracture significantly,it is worth to clinical promotion and application.
