临床护理路径用于胃癌手术患者的效果分析

目的 探讨临床护理路径在胃癌手术患者中的应用效果。方法 选取本院收治的80例择期行胃癌手术患者．随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予临床护理路径，比较两组的住院时间、住院费用、对疾病的认知程度和护理满意度。结果 观察组的住院时间短于对照组，住院费用少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组的掌握健康知识程度、遵医嘱行为程度和护理满意度均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论 临床护理路径应用于择期行胃癌手术患者的效果确切，显著减少了患者的住院时间及医疗费用，提高了健康宣教效果及护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。

Effect analysis of clinical nursing pathway applied in patient with gastric cancer surgery

Objective To investigate application effect of clinical nursing pathway in patient with gastric cancer surgery. Methods 80 cases of patients with gastric cancer undergoing elective surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was received routine care,the observation group was received clinical nursing pathway.The hospitalization time,hospitalization cost,disease recognition rate and nursing satisfaction rate in two groups was compared respectively. Results The hospitalization time in observation group was shorter than that in control group,hospitalization cost in observation group was less than that in control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Grasp the health knowledge level,the degree of compliance and nursing satisfaction rate in observation group was higher than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway applied in patient with gastric cancer undergoing elective surgery has exact effect.h can significantly reduce hospitalization time and cost,improve effect of health education and nursing satisfaction.h is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
