经阴道和开腹手术实施子宫肌瘤剔除术的效果比较

目的 比较经阴道和开腹手术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果.方法 选择本院的200例子宫肌瘤患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各100例.对照组给予开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术,观察组给予经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术.观察两组患者的手术情况.结果 两组的手术时间、术中出血量比较,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;观察组的术后首次排气时间早于对照组,观察组的住院时间短于对照组（P＜0.05）.观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗效果显著,创伤小、术后恢复快、术后并发症少,值得临床借鉴.

The comparison of clinical effect of myomectomy via vagina or open implementation

Objective To compare the clinical effect of the operation via vagina and laparotomy performed in hys- teromyoma. Methods 200 patients with hysteromyoma were selected and randomly divided into the observation group （n=100） and the control group （n=100）.The control group was given abdominal myomeetomy, the observation group was treat- ed by transvaginal myornectomy.The operation condition of the two groups were observed. Results There was no statis- tical difference of the operation time and the amount of intraoperative hemorrhage bleeding of the two groups （P〉0.05）; there was a statistical difference of postoperative exhaust time for the first time in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,the hospitalization time in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.the incidence rate of complication in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Condusion The effect of transvaginal myomectomy therapy has significant effec with small trauma,faster postoperative recovery,less postoperative complications,and it is worthy of clinical reference.
