| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨临床护理路径在高血压患者健康教育中的应用效果.方法 将60例高血压患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各30例.对照组采用一般健康教育方式,实验组将临床路径引入健康教育中,根据患者的情况与医疗小组共同制订教育路径图,由管床护士从入院到出院对患者及家属有计划地进行健康教育.结果 实验组患者的健康知识掌握率、服药依从性、护理满意度、健康教育达标率高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 应用临床护理路径开展健康教育是一种有效的工作方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical nursing pathway in health education of patients with hypertension. Methotis 60 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group contains 30 cases.The control group was given general way of health education while in the research group,the clinic pathway was introduced to health education,and cooperating with medical team the education path graph was formulated according to the patients＇ conditions.Health education was conducted designedly for patients and patients＇ family members by bedside nurses. Results Mastery rate of health knowledge,medication adherence,satisfaction degree of nursing and standard-reaching rate standard-reaching rate standard-reaching rate standard-reaching rate standard-reaching rate of health education in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implementing health educating based on clinical nursing pathway is an effective job way. |
