参芎葡萄糖联合脑苷肌肽治疗急性脑梗死的效果观察

目的 探讨参芎葡萄糖联合脑苷肌肽治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果.方法 将60例确诊为脑梗死的患者随机分为治疗组（n=30）和对照组（n=30）,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用参芎葡萄糖和脑苷肌肽,比较两组治疗前后的神经功能缺损评分,评价临床疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率为96.7％,对照组总有效率为83.3％,治疗组明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）;治疗组治疗后神经功能缺损评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）;两组不良反应差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 参芎葡萄糖联合脑苷肌肽治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著,可明显改善患者的神经功能.

Effect observation of Shenxiong glucose combined with brain carnosine in treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Shenxiong glucose combined with brain carnosine in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods 60 cases of patients diagnosed with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group （n=30） and control group （n=30）,the control group were given with conventional therapy,the treatment group were given with Shenxiong glucose combined with brain carnosine on the basis of the control group,neurological function before and after treatment of two groups was observed and the efficacy was evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%,the control group was 83.3%,the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）;The neurological function of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）; There was no significant difference about adverse reactions between the two groups （P〉0.05）.Conclusion The efficacy of Shenxiong glucose combined with brain camosine in treatment of acute cerebral infarction is significant,can improve the neurological function.
