参附注射液辅助治疗顽固性心力衰竭的临床研究

目的 观察参附注射液治疗顽固性心力衰竭的临床效果.方法 将120例顽固性心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例.两组均予以常规抗心力衰竭治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上予以参附注射液50～80 ml加入盐水或糖水中静脉滴注,1次/d,2周为1个疗程.观察两组的临床疗效及治疗前后左室舒张末期内径（LVEDD）、左室射血分数（LVEF）及血浆脑钠肽（BNP）水平变化.结果 治疗组的总有效率（81.7％）高于对照组（70.0％）（P＜0.05）;与对照组比较,治疗组LVEDD明显缩小（P＜0.05）、LVEF显著提高（P＜0.01）、血浆BNP水平显著下降（P＜0.01）.结论 参附注射液治疗顽固性心力衰竭效果好,能明显改善顽固性心力衰竭患者的心脏结构、功能及血浆BNP水平.

Clinical observation of Shenfu injection in adjuvant treatment of refractory heart failure

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shenfu injection in the treatment of refractoty heart failure （RHF）.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of patients with RHF were randomly divided into control group and treatm6nt group,sixty cases in each group.The two groups were given with conventinal treatment and the treatment group were given with intravenous dvip of Shenfu injection additionaly.After two weeks,the clinical therapentic effect,the change of left ventricular end-diastolic diameter （LVEDD）,left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）,and plasma brain natriure peptide （BNP） level were observed before and after treatment.Resnlts The total effective rate was 81.7% in treatment group and 70.0% in control group,the effect in treatment group was better than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Compared with control group,LVEDD in treatment group was significantly reduced （P〈0.05）,LVEF was significantly im proved （P〈0.01）,and plasma BNP level was significantly decreased （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Shenfu injection is a kind of ef fective drug in treating RHF, it can significantly improve RHF patient＇s heart construction,function,and plasma BNP level.
