中青年冠状动脉介入患者术前焦虑情绪及其相关因素的研究

目的 探讨中青年冠状动脉介入治疗患者术前的焦虑水平,分析其相关因素,以为其进行有效的心理干预提供理论依据.方法 采用一般资料、焦虑自评量表、社会支持评定表为主要工具,分别对78例中青年冠状动脉介入患者术前进行问卷调查.结果 中青年冠状动脉介入患者的焦虑明显高于国内常模,不同文化程度、就医状况、经济收入、婚姻状况患者焦虑情绪差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,且与社会支持及其各个维度呈显著负相关,不同性别的焦虑程度差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 中青年冠状动脉介入患者术前焦虑的发生率较高,且焦虑情绪受其文化程度、就医状况、经济收入、婚姻状况、社会支持程度的影响.

Study on anxiety and its related factors in patients with preoperative coronary intervention in the young and middle-aged

Objective To explore the anxiety level of the young and middle-aged coronary artery interventional treat- ment for patients with preoperative,and analyze the related factors,in order to provide the theory basis for the effective psychological intervention. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted by the general information,self rating anxi- ety scale,social support rating scale as the main tool on 82 young and middle-aged patients before coronary interven- tion. Results The anxiety level in the young patients before coronary intervention was higher than domestic norm.The anxiety was significantly different between different cultural level,medical status,income,marital status （P〈0.05）,and had significant negative correlation with social support and its various dimensions,but had no significant difference between sex （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Patients before coronary intervention in the young and middle-aged have a higher incidence of anxiety.The emotion of anxiety is influenced by the degree of culture,medical status,income, marital status,social support.
