奈达铂联合紫杉醇方案化疗同步放疗治疗子宫内膜癌单发转移的效果观察

目的 探讨奈达铂联合紫杉醇（NP）方案化疗同步放疗治疗子宫内膜癌单发转移患者的临床效果.方法 将64例子宫内膜癌单发转移患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予NP方案化疗同步行局部复发灶放疗,对照组给予NP方案化疗,比较两组的有效率（RR）和中位无进展生存期（mPFS）.结果 观察组与对照组的RR分别为100.0％和84.4％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组的mPFS为13.2个月,对照组的mPFS为8.3个月,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;两组均未出现不良反应.结论 NP方案化疗同步放疗能提高子宫内膜癌单发转移患者的疗效,且不良反应可耐受.

Effect observation of nedaplatin and paclitaxel chemotherapy combined with synchronous radiotherapy in the treatment of endometrial cancer with single metastasis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of nedaplatin and paclitaxel chemotherapy（NP） combined with synchronous radiotherapy in the treatment of endometrial cancer patients with single metastasis. Methods 64 endome- trial cancer patients with single metastasis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,NP com- bined with synchronous radiotherapy were used in observation group,NP chemotherapy was used in control group.The response rate,median progression free survival in two groups was compared respectively. Results The response rate of observation group and control group was 100.0% and 84.4% respectively,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.The median progression free survival of observation group and control group was 13.2 months and 8.3 months respectively,with sta- tistical difference （P〈0.05）.No adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion NP chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy can improve the therapeutic effect of endometrial cancer patients with single metastasis and adverse reac- tion can be tolerated.
